The Park
The Park is a rental service of their office premises and also a business network. Their business idea is that many companies rent office premises in an open and familiar environment, and to create an extension of "home" instead of a closed in and private office. The Park contacted us to help them to grow and get more clients since they lost many due to the recession.

We begun by doing extensive research on The Park, their clients and their competitors. What we found was that the staff of the Park was recently reorganized and much of them were newly hired. They also didn't have anything holding them together as a team, resulting in an inconsistent image of The Park towards their clients.

We also found that the companies currently residing at The Park office premises was a mixture of "old regulars" that had been residing at The Park for several years, and “newbies” that had been there for a year, at the most. Of these the old regulars had the most complaints stating that much of the activities and guidelines that they had been used to had become lost during the reorganization, and no new were set in their place.

In collaboration with the staff of The Park we created new core values for them to work from, as well as set up guidelines for communication and handling of clients and the office premises. We also took a lot of time listening to their clients, as well as their competitors clients and what their wishes and needs of office premises were. From this information we created a concept idea for a new interiors, new ways communication and social interaction between the in-house companies. In this we also created a brief marketing plan and action plan to meet the needs of The Parks clients.
